NS People Partner retained packages are designed to flex around your needs and budget.
Partner Lite can complement and support those with some existing HR experience or resource in place, with Partner Plus providing more hands on and tailored support (maximum advisory hours apply).

Costs are based on a single site with no more than 30 employees.

Partner Lite

£1200 p.a.

Suite of editable policies and handbooks plus updates
Monthly HR newsletter
HR advice by phone, email or video – up to 4 hours per annum

Partner Pro

£1750 p.a.

All the benefits of Partner Lite PLUS
Hands on HR support and consultancy – up to 8 hours per annum
Quarterly virtual training sessions and How to Guides for people managers and supervisors
Exit interviews for your leavers

Partner Plus

£2400 p.a.

All the benefits of Partner Pro PLUS
Up to 18 hours advisory and support per annum
Annual review of your HR processes and risks
Annual employment engagement survey

If you don't need a retained service, or you have a need for one off work in addition to the retained service, you may prefer the day or hourly rate.

Daily rate: £500 per day

Hourly rate: £90 per hour

5% discount on day and hourly rates where a retained service in place.
Subscription is paid quarterly in advance and subject to contract. One month notice required at renewal to terminate.
5% discount where annual subscription paid in advance in full.
Travel and accommodation expenses will be chargeable for onsite meetings, training etc subject to pre-authorisation by client.
